Thank you very much for offering such a precious opportunity of interview to me. First of all, let me introduce myself. My name is Qu X, I am 28 years old. I come from Hunan province and I am now working in XX Cigarette Factory. I am a graduate student majoring at Business Management with master’s degree and my undergraduate major is English.
我非常喜欢旅行，在校园阶段我就做过一系列兼职工作，为了筹集自己的旅游基金。印象最为深刻的一次活动是成为王老吉寒假推广之星。为了做好推广营销，我针对不同推广场合制定不同推广方案，并和团队成员一起分析不同方案的效果，从计划、组织、领导、控制每一步都及时总结分析，最终我们团队在王老吉推广活动中成为销量最高的队伍！
I like traveling very much and I had done a series of part-time jobs when I studied in school, so as to raise my own travel funds. The most impressive activity for me was to become the promotion star of Wong Lo Kat during my winter holiday. In order to do well in promotion and marketing, I made different promotion schemes for different occasions and then worked with my team members to analyze effects of different schemes. As for every step like plan, organization, leadership and control, I summarized and analyzed in a timely manner. At last, we became the top-selling team in the promotion activity of Wong Lo Kat!
每次实践都能让我感受到团队合作以及努力付出所带来的乐趣，在这过程中我发现自己确实对市场推广及策划销售有着深深的热爱，毕业以后我一直在XX卷烟厂烟丝车间工作，仅仅两年时间从实习生到中控室主操，非常感谢这份工作让我从稚嫩的毕业生成长为一个认真负责的职业人，进单位以来的表现得到领导同事的一致认可！
I can feel the pleasure brought by teamwork and hard work from every practice. During the process, I found that I really have a deep love for marketing and promotion and planning sales. After graduation, I have been working in Tobacco Cutting Workshop of XX Cigarette Factory all the time, in just 2 years; I was promoted to the main operator of Central Control Room from an intern at first. So, I really appreciate this job because it helped me to grow into a serious and responsible professional from a young graduate, moreover, my performance has won unanimous recognition from my leaders and colleagues in the unit!

Last year, I published a paper in relation to tobacco in an academic journal and I therefore obtained the title of excellent student in the statistical training held by group. Since I always adhere to the principle of “learning for practical application” all the time, I am eager to combine my professional knowledge with practice.
