1.两个人名之间是并列连词and,谓语动词用复数。例如:Tom and Bob are good friends.
2.两个人名之间是介词with,谓语动词用单数。例如::Tom with Bob is playing basketball now.
3.:两个人名之间是短语 either…or…,neither…nor…,not only…but also…,there be…谓语动词就近一致原则。例如There is a bird and 2 cats.
4.两个人名之间是短语 as well等时，谓语动词就远一致的原则，例如:I as well Bob am new.
